Forensic Appraisals

Forensic Appraisal - an Appraisal as of a date in the past.  A forensic appraisal can be used to estimate a value as of a date in the past or to verify that a prior appraisal was based upon the most appropriate comparables that were available when the original appraisal was prepared and to provide an independent opinion of value.
