All appraisals ordered by "Consumers" MUST be paid for at the time of inspection or pre-paid online. Payments at the time of inspection can include cash, cashier's check, money order or credit card. Personal checks may be accepted on a case by case basis, however the report may be held 7 to 10 days or until the check has cleared. Credit card payments can ONLY be made and accepted online through PayPal. Please be aware that if the appraisal is to be used for a Federally Related Transaction, the Lender must be the party who actually orders the appraisal, even though the Owner or Buyer may be paying for it.  In this case, the Lender is our actual client and we are not able to release a copy of the appraisal to anyone other than the client.  You may however, receive a copy directly from the Lender.
